Alright! Here's some updates.

Chinatiger and I have been working hard to get some other top alliances in our NAP list (which isn't too shaby, might I add ). I've messaged Dacia and Rawk. Hopefully they'll agree to the NAP, seeing as how we're now one of the top alliances in the ENTIRE GAME. And, we have added to the list of our current NAP's. Here's the list:
